2023 BOARD/ANNUAL ASSOCIATION MEETING DATES
December 21, 2023, 4 PM – Budget Meeting for 2024-this will be a Zoom Meeting, owners are invited to listen in on the meeting. Contact PMC and the Zoom info will be sent
August 26 – Annual Meeting will be held at Ocean City Community Center, 10 am. Address is 1735 Simpson Ave. There will be elections for two Board positions, Susan Luongo and Anthony Cosmi’s terms expire and both have chosen to run again. Any other association members interested in serving must turn in their nomination form no later than July 15, 2023
July 12 – Board Meeting(Zoom meeting) to formalize contractor and pricing for facade project. Owners may attend in a “listen only” format. Email pmcjean@comcast.net for zoom links.
March 4 – Board Meeting- 9 a.m.- Members are welcome, please notify PMC, if interested in joining meeting

July 9 – Annual Meeting – Location is Ocean City Community Center, Senior Room 10 a.m. 1735 Simpson Ave. Ocean City, NJ. Purpose is annual meeting to conduct business of Association and to elect three Board positions. Nominees were sent in a mailing, dated June 7. Proxy ballots must be returned no later than July 7, 2022.
