Important Date for Fall & Winter Property Safety-OCTOBER 15
*DO take out all window unit air conditioners
*DO REMOVE all porch and deck furniture, storing in your home, storage unit or off premises
*DO NOT strap or tie porch furniture to railings or posts. Tarps are not acceptable, as well, they become untied and can fly off the deck or porch. As noted, furniture should be removed to avoid injury to people and property damage, during the fall/winter months.
Trash and recycles- cardboard must be broken down and placed INSIDE container, this is not just a seasonal issue, but should be done all year. Boxes can become projectiles, during high winds. REINTERATING LARGE ITEMS TO DISCARD-DO NOT LEAVE NEXT TO RECYCLE CONTAINERS OR TRASH-CONTACT PMC OR UTILIZE CITY OF OC DISPOSAL SIGHT
COMMUNITY BULLETIN BOARD-It is now installed in the 35th St and Simpson Laundry Room-you are free to post any buy/sell notes and any other community service messages. We will expand to other locations, if the board is used positively and the demand is apparent.

Outside electrical outlets-The Board has approved and has authorized PMC to coordinate any requests to install. Only an approved, licensed contractor(Dever Electric) can be used. PMC must approve the area of installation(all in rear of units).
Inspection of One Bedroom Units-One bedroom to two-bedroom units, converted illegally, an issue that was brought before Board at July meeting. The Board has approved PMC to conduct an inspection of all one-bedroom units, beginning Tues, Aug 30, 2019. Please ensure that tenants are aware, in addition a flyer will be placed in doors, Aug 29, Monday.
Bike Permit Reminder-PMC will conduct inspection of all bikes, Aug 12. Those not showing a current 2019 permit will be cut from racks. Those using the bike rack closet to 36th Street should remove bikes by Sept 8, to another rack, we will be replacing rack. A reminder will be sent, as well.
Recycling-we can co-mingle all recyclables, but we would like all residents to be aware that using “single use” bags(plastic bags from grocery stores and other retailers) to carry bottles, cans, etc is acceptable, but those are not recyclable, so please avoid throwing them in, with your recyclables. Using paper bags is a recommended option.
Bulletin Board-Community Board requested at annual meeting was approved to be tested and located in the Laundry Room, at 35th & Simpson. The board should be used for Community buy/sell and other information or questions our members have. We will monitor to ensure negative or personal postings are made. We want it to serve our Four Seasons family, positively. If successful, we will roll out more locations.
Flooding prevention update-as per a letter from Mayor Gillian, Four Seasons Condominiums were included in a visit by state Dept of Environmental Protection representatives on July 26, 2019. The goal is to focus on future flood resiliency efforts in our neighborhood, south of 34th St. There will be a Town Hall meeting in next several weeks to hear plans by ACT Engineering and how the issue may be addressed. Date, time, location, TBD. All are encouraged to attend.
